Outstanding achievement by Poly Rector
One of the historic universities in the United States of America, the Lincoln University of Pennsylvania, has awarded the Polytechnic of Namibia’s Rector, Professor Tjama Tjivikua, the Doctor of Humane Letters, honoris causa. The degree was awarded in recognition of his “outstanding contributions to higher education and as one of the most dedicated and committed humanitarians.”
