With our programmes, the industry is guaranteed of human resource management graduates who are equipped with hi-tech human resource competencies (human resource and strategy architect, change and culture management, credible activist, administrative expert and employee advocate) to create and sustain the competitive position of the organisation in this fierce competitive global business environment. | The Department of Human Resources Management was previously connected to the Department of Business Management, which comprised programmes in Business Management, Marketing and Human Resources Management. However, in the course of the year 2006 Senate resolved that the Department should function on its own under the name ‘Human Resources Management’. |
