| How to Apply |

| You can obtain application forms at the Polytechnic, at the Registrar's office or you can download them from the poly website and print them. Complete the Application form and send it to the address below, with all the necessary documents and fees. |

| A non-refundable application fee of N$105 (in crossed postal orders made out to the Polytechnic of Namibia) must accompany this application, if posted. |

| When to Apply |
|
|
| The closing date for all applications except application through Mature Age Entry Scheme is 28 September 2012. The closing date for applications through the Mature Age Entry Scheme is 15 August 2012. Applicants will be notified in writing as soon as possible after the closing date whether their applications
for admission have been successful or not. |

| If the application is received after the closing date, the prescribed non-refundable late application fee of N$280 must accompany the application. However, the Polytechnic reserves the right to reject any such late applications. |

| Documentation to bring along when Register |

| You need to bring your original documents, copies are not excepted: |

School leaving certificate, |
| • |
Birth certificate or identity document, |
| • |
The provisional admission letter from the Polytechnic, |

Proof of Bursary or registration deposit and, |
| • |
The signed consent form. |
