Mission Statement
 
The CED promotes efficiency and productivity through customised training, consulting and services, thus facilitating the holistic development of the Namibian economy
 
Objectives
The objectives of the CED are:
1 To provide private and public institutions with a strategic and structural approach through training and consultancy services central to sustainable economic development;
2 To assist SMEs in achieving maximum operational efficiency and productivity;
3 To serve as a catalyst for change in the SME community's attitudes and perceptions toward running and managing a business;
4 To provide SMEs and small business service providers with the latest essential local, regional and international materials and information:

To increase the capability of SMEs, and to increase their expose to more information and build morale
 
 
 
Location
The CED house is located at the corner of Frans Indongo street and Brahms Street in the CED house (Formerly Olympic house) on the Polytechnic campus. The entrance to CED is through the main gate of Polytechnic of Namibia. Wa are house no 17 on the Polytechnic Map
