Since its establishment, the Centre for Entrepreneurial Development has devoted its efforts to providing corporate training to a variety of businesses in Namibia. This is in recognition of the level of human resource development in many institutions/companies of the country.
The corporate dynamics in the country today requires that "old ways" of doing things are constantly revised and new ones devised. This is a challenge that the CED takes seriously in order to contribute to an efficient corporate culture in many ways.
With the advent of the World Trade Organization (WTO) came new challenges to business and other institutions. With the playing field leveled, it has lead to dire consequences to businesses that are ill prepared for this opening-up of markets.
Competition has increased, as is the need to source of raw materials, products, technology, and labour. A prudent business undertaking will strive for competitive advantage in all these areas. That is where the CED will play a vital role in your business or institution.
