| All activities under faculty support are designed to transform teaching at this higher education institution to become learning centered so that they employ appropriate methods in learning, teaching and assessment to develop the necessary and required skills that students ought to obtain. Old teaching, learning and assessment methods are redundant, do not fit learning for a new generation and can no longer be the reference point. Faculty support includes regular and annual workshops, specialized training, regular academic discussions, and E-learning training and support. |
