| Registered students and staff of the University of Namibia can become members of the Polytechnic Library by completing a registration form. Students should pay a refundable deposit of N$550 at registration. |

| Other users/students must register and pay non-refundable membership fees before they can take items on loan. Membership fees are determined by the membership category that is chosen: |

Category 1: No loan privileges, facilities only - N$60 per annum |

Category 2: 1 Loan item at a time - N$175 per annum |
| • |
Category 3: 2 Loan items at a time - N$300 per annum |
| • |
Category 4: 3 Loan items at a time - N$420 per annum |

| The loan period for these users are also 14 days |
